The Birth Certificate of Fo'ad Nakhleh Qare, 8 March 1975
Printed and handwritten in Arabic and Hebrew, this document shows the birth certificate of Fo'ad Nakhleh Salim Qare on the 16 of October 1949 in Ramallah, this certificate was issued by the Medical Services Department affiliated to the Israeli Occupation Army Command in the West Bank, and supervised by the Palestinian M.D Nowar Hasan.
