Printed and handwritten in Arabic and Hebrew, this document shows a car license request submitted by the Licensing Authority of the West Bank which is affiliated to the "Israeli Occupation's Army, this request was submitted by Jeris Nakhleh Salim al-Qare via the Nicola Driving School on 10 January 1978; whereas it features details on the submitter; Jeris, born on 2 November 1955, a resident of al-Quddeira neighbourhood in Ramallah, the application also includes the permission of the government's physician and a report on the requested medical examination in order to accept the application.
