Issued by the President of the Arab Development Society, Musa Alami, in Jericho in March 1970, this document shows a report that includes the decision reached by the Society after taking the advice of the Society's committee in the United States of America and the United Kingdom, by stopping the Society's work in Jericho due to the threats of the Israeli Occupation Forces to occupy it, in addition to the poor financial situation of the Society and the possibility of its collapse, due to the cessation of external funding, and the IOF also causing the closure of the elementary section of the school.
