Continuation of the Diary of Khalil Sakakini, 20 July 1941
Handwritten, this archival item documents the continuation of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Sunday, 20 July 1941, mentioning his opinion of the need to establish a new system for the world that guarantees people's happiness. On the same page, he wrote his diary on Monday, 21 July 1941, mentioning the visit of Mahmoud Azmi with his wife before noon from Ramallah to Jerusalem, Sakakini taking them to a coffee shop at Beit Jala and discussing buying a piece of land in that area, as well as mentioning Ibrahim Shehadeh complaining about Labib Ghulmiyya.
