Handwritten, this archival item documents the continuation of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Wednesday, 3 September 1941, briefing his experience with life since he studied each disease, associated with people of different classes and knew their evils, shared with them their joy and sorrow and travelled continuously, then regretting figuring out the reality of life late after paying the price, as well as mentioning in the footer the visit of his cousin Najeeb ad-Deek and his son Hanna in the afternoon and the visit of Shukri Deeb with his wife and son Rimon in the evening.
