Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 19 December 1939
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Tuesday 19 December 1939, where he inaugurated his diary by mentioning that he, his sister Millia and his cousin Hanneh visited the cemetery and scattered some flowers and because it was Sultana's birthday, Assakakini didn't go to school in respect of this occasion, therefore, he hung some poetry of al-Rusafi under her photograph, as he placed them inside a frame on the shelf. He also spoke about the visit of Shukri Deeb, his wife, his son George in the evening of that day,
