Handwritten, this archival item documents the continuation of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Wednesday 20 December 1939, where he mentioned going with his sister Milia to the cemetery and spreading flowers, he also stated that he did not relieve his frustration by crying over Sultana, and mentioned that his sister Milia went with Dumia in the evening to the house of his cousin Hanna to put air cups for her, then he mentioned seven things he would like to achieve: 1. Dumioa and Hala must fulfil their right of culture. 2. Sari must study law at the House of Law in Palestine, and by correspondence in London. 3. Sari should marry in the prime of life because he is one of the people who needs a woman who will sympathize with him. 4. He must organize his affairs by himself. 5. He should write a few books including a Family History Book, Our Letters Book, My Letters to Sari Book, My Diary Book, etc. 6. He must provide his sister Milia with comfort. 7. He must maintain the rites of the house.
