Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 28 December 1939
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Thursday 28 December 1939, where he inaugurated his diary by mentioning that he, his sister Millia, and daughters; Dummia and Hala visited the cemetery and scattered some flowers, he also mentioned receiving a condolences letter from Constantine Zraiq from the American University of Beirut, then, he listed who visited him on that day; George Mansour who is the Acting Manager of the Arab Office in London, and Ibrahim Shihadeh. On the upper half of this diary, he wrote the continuation of his previous diary.
