Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 9 October 1940
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Tuesday 8 October 1940, which he began by pointing out visiting the cemetery and spreading flowers with his sister Melia, mentioning seeing Sultanah in his dream, then discussing reproduction; where he thinks of it as a dirty method because it is done through the urination channel; as if the baby is excrement from the body, and wondering why production is not done by division as in other primitive lifeforms?
