Completion of the Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 9 October 1940
Handwritten, this archival item documents the completion of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Wednesday 9 October 1940, where he completes discussing reproduction; and how he thinks of it as a dirty method because it is done through the urination channel; as if the baby is excrement from the body, and wondering why production is not done by division as in other primitive lifeforms? On the same page, Sakakini wrote the beginning of his diary on thursday10 October 1940, by mentioning visiting the cemetery and spreading flowers with his sister Melia, George Khamis visiting him and discussing the subject of his lesson for this year on "The History of the English Language".
