A Poem Dedicated to the Female Child Walaʾ Hijazy
A two-faced handwritten poem, where the poet Rajeh Āl Salfity describes the situation of the female child Walaʾ Hijazy as she is laying down on the hospital's bed after being shot by a sniper from the Israeli Occupation Forces. In this poem, Rajeh Āl Salfity characterizes how scared the occupation appears to be and especially how they consider infants as a threat, therefore they kill them. The poet also reminds the Israeli Occupation's, prime minister back then Yitzhak Shamir" and the occupiers with the fate of Napoleon Bonaparte and Hulagu, and those who were attempting to take over Palestine.
