Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 21 December 1940
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Saturday, 21 December 1940, which he began by mentioning visiting the cemetery and spreading flowers with his sister Milia, he also mentioned that the school is on vacation starting from the afternoon of that day and that he invited Mr Davi to drink tea. On the same page, Sakakini wrote his diaries on Sunday, 22 December 1940, mentioning visiting Sultana's grave and spreading flowers on it with his sister Milia, then going with Sari to the YMCA where he gave a speech about Ameen Rihani.
