Handwritten in Arabic on the al-Iqtisad Agenda of 1960 and dated 19 April 1962, this document shows the patient records of Abdel-Fattah Irshaid, including notes, the accounts of regular patients at the clinic in Jenin and the names of patients from Jenin and surrounding areas such as Jaba, Jalbun, Arraba, Ya'bad, the Jenin Refugee Camp and Umm al-Tut.
