Judicial Ruling against Hussein Hussein and Ramzi Khoury, 1951
This archival item shows a court ruling in the case of Hussein Mohammad Hussein and Ramzi Bshara Khoury, after the accusation of stealing eight containers of oil belonging to the Communist Party within the property of the absentees, and according to the Penal Code of 1936, the charge was brought against them on an estimated date between 10-18 January 1950. It also includes the documentation of several testimonies and the statements of the three accused.
