A Special Power of Attorney, by Hanna Nakkara's Office, 1952
Issued by Hanna Nakkara's office, shows a special power of attorney from Khadija Ibrahim Nasra from Kafr Yasif to Nakkara to file an appeal case with the Central Court in Haifa. The power of attorney includes all the requirements including advocacy, pleading, litigation, conciliation, acquittal, and arbitration for all that is permissible in law and order. At the end of the document, the fingerprint of the representative is placed, while on the second page, Nakkara handwrote the details of the appeal for theft, which was recorded on 7 April 195.
