Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 25 June 1940
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Tuesday 25 June 1940, where he mentioned going with his sister Milia to the cemetery and spreading flowers, recalling his diary on the same day of the previous year, mentioning that Mohammad al-Adnani and his son Nizar visiting him that afternoon to show him poems written by Mohammad's students so that Sakakini would offer his opinion, as he showed his admiration for their poetic soul, accuracy of description and high spirit.
