Expenses and Accounts Notebook of Abdel Karim Amira, 1967-70
A notebook consisting of 17 pages, on which accounts, expenses, sayings and addresses were written by hand in both Arabic and English, and included phrases and information such as Abdel Karim Hassan Amira, Tuesday, 5 September 1967, the cost of transportation in Amman, Omar Amira's job number (A5674), and the account linking to Omar Abdel Karim (Cash) from 22 March 1969 until 14 May 1969, the expenses received by Omar from the Teachers Training Centre, in the years 1968 and 1969, a speech about death and the afterlife, the address of Ismail Amira in Germany in English, the address of Tawfiq Amira in Turkey, the expenses paid for the furniture of Tawfiq’s house, the account of the furniture of the house of Ghanem, information about Abdel Karim Amira, such as ID and job number, the date of Tawfiq’s engagement and marriage on 22 July 1965, the date of Omar’s acceptance in the Teachers Training Centre in Ramallah on 30 September 1967, the accounts on Tuesday, 12 July 1967, and the accounts of coffee, tea and sugar on 28 March 1969, the expenses of the Amman trip in terms of transportation and gifts, the sum of money left for Hosni Abdel Qader in 1970, a record of Omar Abdel Karim’s wedding gifts on 10 July 1970, the date of Omar Amira’s birth on 3 September 1947, and the date of Ismail Ali renting a room on 4 March 1969, and addresses for places in Jordan.
