Land Sale Agreement Between Hussein abu Sheikha and Jamal Awawdeh, 4 August 1966

Handwritten, this document shows an agreement for selling land on 4 August 1966 between the buyer Hussein Talab abu Sheikha and the seller Jamal Mohammad Salem Awawdeh from the village of Karma, Hebron district, where the document specified that the plot of land is located in the village of Dura on the border with the village of Karma and is bordered from the north and west by a piece of land that belongs to Taleb Jabr Khalil Salem and the asphalt of the street connecting Dura and Karma, from the south, Khirbet Karma Street, and from the east, a plot of land that belongs to Yousef Younis Awawdeh and al-Maqta’, where the sale occurred for 235 JDs and the price of the land was handed by hand during the sale. The seller pledged to vacate the land for the buyer to dispose of as he pleases.
