“Contracting an Agreement” Between Ahmad Abderrahman and Hasan Khalil, 15 December 1962
Handwritten in Arabic, this contract for the sale of a land agreement is between the two parties, Ahmad Abderrahman and Hasan Mohammad Khalil, dated 15 December 1962, regarding the plot of “al-Baydar” land in Kafr al-Libad. It has been agreed that it will be inspected, while the second party has the right to dispose of it after receiving it, and the first party must protect it from any aggression. In the event of a breach of any of the terms of the agreement, the two parties shall pay a fee of 20 JDs, and it bears the signatures of the two parties and witnesses.
