Printed in Arabic, this archival item documents a copy of a defence presented by Anwar Nussiebeh for the State Security Court for case number 63/1799 in regard to the allegation of the General Military Persecutor against Ibrahim Al-Qassad and 8 others; whereas he tries to proof their innocence from the charge that was pressed against them and demands the court to adjust the charge according to the law from betrayal to spying and they are to be considered innocent unless they were charged in a civil court.
