Handwritten in Arabic, this archival item documents an appeal memorandum addressed to the Court of Appeal for the appellate Mousa Ibrahim and the appellate against Awni Shihadeh about the case of a market's mortgage located in Omar al-Mukhtar's ST. during the 1950s questioning the judge's call after complying with the testimony of the summoned and came to a conclusion that the mortgage is void due to not being registered according to the laws of land transformation and the status of untransformed money.
