Printed in Arabic, this archival item documents a copy of decision No.202 issued by the Council of Endowments and Islamic Affairs on 23 May 1979 which stipulates on lending the Jerusalem District Electricity Company the amount of 400.000 JDs, exclusively by the Ministry of Islamic Endowments for this cause in accordance with an agreement containing the provisions of securing the rights of endowments such as the real estate pledge which is currently inhabited by the company in Salah Eddin St. in Jerusalem, the copy features the signature of the chairman.
