The Testimony of a Military Prisoner on His Period of Torture
Handwritten in Arabic, this archival item documents a testimony delivered by a military prisoner at al-Zarqa Military Prison writing about the period of torture he received to Anwar Nusseibeh; whereas he mentioned that while he was being tortured his honour and virtue were violated by "Abed El-Karim Omar" despite being faced by someone called "Miflih" trying to prevent him from doing so and added that he was accused of the corruption spreading in Qalqilya in addition to being questioned about some people including "Rasheed Ashanti" and "Mahmmoud al-Ashwah" and confirmed that he wanted to record the beating he was exposed to in the testimony, however, they refused, especially losing his hearing as a result of the constant hitting of his ear.
