The Incidents of Captivation and Investigation of Khalil Hasan al-Baz a Military Man From Qalqilya

Handwritten in Arabic, this archival item documents the incidents of the captivation and investigation of "Khalil Hasan al-Baz" from Qalqilya on 6 September 1963 who was taken to al-Zarqaa Military Prison facing the accusations of "Nimir Awinat" making him support all of which due to being tortured and forced to do so and because of this he was diagnosed with a disease since early October 1963 until January 1964, therefore, he was given bills for treatment, moreover, he spoke of the medical negligence policy he received by the employees of the health department to when his health condition got worse he had to ask the forgiveness of four prisoners including "Adel al-Barqawi", "Ahmad al-Khatib" from Kafr Thulth and "Rafea Azzanani" and "Mushref al-Aref" and informed them about his sickness and his fear of dying before coming forward about giving a fabricated testimony because of the torture he experienced confirming that all what he said was wrong due to persecution, dishonour of his virtue and removal of his beard even though he is 70 years old by "Abed el-Karim", "Miflih", "Al-Rihani" and "Abed el-Karim al-Shanbak" in addition to being threatened to rape his wife and daughters in front of him.
