Minutes of a Meeting between Palestinian Faction Leaders Affiliated with the Palestinian National Council in Damascus

The meeting was attended by Khalid al-Fahum, ʿabdul-Mohsin Abu Maizar, Abu Maher al-Yamany, Dr George Habash, Dr Samir Ghaushe, Nayef Hawatme, Abu ʿaly Muṣtafa, ʿumar Ash-Shihaby, Samy Qandil, Abu Musa (Saʿid Maragha), and Talʿat Yaʿqub.
