A Letter from the Head of Education to the Southern District Education Inspector, 12 January 1931
Sent on 12 January 1931, this document shows a letter from the Head of Education to the Southern District Education Inspector requesting the governmental regulations to be sent to all governmental employees, especially teachers at schools, and emphasis on Article 195 of Section Three of Chapter Two of the General Government Law, which is concerned with preventing the Education Department employees from writing in newspapers and magazines.
