Sent on 16 August 1940, this document shows a letter from Sedqi Yasini, the principal of Shuweika School in Tulkarem, to the Head of General Education through the Samaria District Education Inspector in Nablus, requesting to be transferred to Tulkarem, especially after hiring and promoting Abdel-Fattah al-Karri who he considered of a less experience than him.
