Palestine Newspaper, in its issue dated 24 April 1957, for 15 fils is a daily, political, news and illustrated newspaper, founded in 1911 by Issa Dawood al-Issa, while its owner was Raja Issa al-Issa, and its director was Dawood Bandali al-Issa. Its front page included “Russia’s warnings to Britain and France before their aggression against Egypt,” “The United States of America submits a report to the Security Council on the Suez Canal,” and “a statement from the International Relief Agency to the United Nations Secretariat regarding the deteriorating financial situation of the agency, which hinders its continued services for Palestinian refugees''.
