Sent on 22 March 1980, this document shows a letter from Nimr Murqus, head of the Kafr Yasif local council, to the heads of the local councils of Mirka, Jadeidi-Makr and Abu Snan, where he questions them regarding several issues, including their letter addressed to him on 1 March, the decision of the partnership management session on 3 March regarding his right to sign financial documents, and their attempts to deprive him of this right, expressing his disapproval and rejection.
