Found in the Nimr Murqus Collection, this document shows the meeting minutes of the Kafr Yasif Local Council titled "From the Discussion" which was written on a paper with the council's letterhead in both the Arabic and Hebrew language, the telephone number and its logo. It mentions organising a campaign between the people with the objective of mass mobilization in order to sympathise and support them. Additionally, the publication of a news report that explains the situation using quotes from the Israeli press regarding their crisis. In addition to the publication of pamphlets about the activities of the Qatari Committee and the establishment of a permanent office for the council and its employees and other plans.
