Issues 10 and 11 of al-Jadeed Magazine, October and November 1975
The tenth and eleventh issues of the al-Jadid magazine, a monthly magazine for progressive national thought and culture established in 1951, were issued in October and the second under the supervision of its first editor, Hanna Naqqara, and printed at the Union Cooperative Press in Haifa. The two issues included the following: 1. Al-Jadeed opinion titled "Our University Students and the Zionist Attack". 2. An article titled “The Materialists on the Slope of Betrayal” by Toufic Toubi. 3. A play titled "Farewell Africa and to Never Meet Again" by Muhammad Nafaa. 4. An article titled "The Struggle Against Zionism's Ideology and Practice" by Meyer Weiss. 5. A poem titled "Bel-Hebr al-Ahmar Ala Bawwabat al-Qaysar” (With Red Ink at the Caesar's Gate) by Asaad al-Asaad. 6. A poem titled "Ya Akhdar Enahhom Yatarabasoon Bek” (O green, They Are Lurking Around You) by Ezz ed-Din Manasra. 7. An article titled "Tactics of Democracy and Socialism" by K. Zarodov. 8. A poem titled "Al-Farah al-Hazeen” (The Sad Joy) by Nayef Salim. 9. An article titled "Non-conforming Arabic Literature" by Kamel al-Abdullah. 10. A critical article titled "Salim Jabran Launches the Word" by Farouk Mwasi. 11. The story "The Fish" by Abdullah Ali Khalifa. 12. An article titled "Internationalism in the Poetry of al-Jawahiri" by Abdel-Muttalib Salih. 13. A poem titled "Anta al-Ari Anta al-Ahel” (You Are Naked, you are Home) by Saleh as-Sayegh. 14. An interview with the poet Salim Jabran by Shaker al-Kahhal.
