Issue 7 of al-Jadeed Magazine, July 1975
The seventh issue of the al-Jadid magazine, a monthly magazine for progressive national thought and culture, was founded in 1951 and printed in the Union Cooperative Press in Haifa, issued in July 1975 under the supervision of its first editor, Hanna Naqqara. The issue included the following: 1. Al-Jadeed opinion by the magazine's editor. 2. An article titled "The Israeli Infiltration into the Palestinian Economy" by Adel Samara. 3. A poem titled "Mazraet az-Zahi Mhammad” (The Farm of Ezzahi Muhammad) by Saadi Yousef. 4. A study titled "My God, my God, why did You Kill Me" by Abdel Latif Akl. 5. An article titled "Zionism is Naked" by Prof. Shahak - A. Qadamani. 6. A study titled "On Rejection and Love That Knows No Mercy" by Muhammad Hamza Ghanayem. 7. A story titled "Warts" by Hoda Vail. 8. An article titled "Intolerance in Contemporary Arabic Words" by Khaldoun ash-Shama'a. 9. A poem titled "Anhani” (I Bow Down) by Onsi Hajj. 10. A poem titled "Itethar An Safar Qaseer Jeddan” (Apology for a Very Short Travel) by Abdel-Latif Akel. 11. A poem titled "Betaqat Shawq” (Cards of Longing) by Nazih Khair. 12. A poem titled "Heena Yatakalamo as-Samt” (When Silence Speaks) by Ibrahim Muhammad Hnaihen. 13. An article titled "The Arab Lyrical Theatre" by Mofeed Mhanna. 14. A poem titled "Heena Yahwi Jedar as-Samt” (When the Wall of Silence Falls) by Hussein Mhanna. 15. A painting titled "Shaheeddom for Life" by Thaher Zidani. 16.
