Printed in Arabic and titled "Arab Village Welfare Society", this document contains an introduction to the Society and its objectives, which was established in the city of Haifa, is not personal or partisan, and its goal is to raise the level of the Arab village and villager after their suffering from poverty, ignorance and disease, as it was able to open health and educational centres and urge citizens to donate for the sake of achieving the goals of the Society.
