A Letter from Mohammed Amin al-Husseini to Hassan Salameh, 30 March 1948

Found in the Sameeh Hammoudeh Collection, this document shows a handwritten letter from Mohammed Amin al-Husseini, the President of the Arab Higher Committee, to Hassan Salameh. This letter was sent on 30 March 1948 corresponding to 19 Jumada al-Awwal 1317 AH which includes a request to protect facilities based in Bir Salim that the Council intends to purchase. Additionally, this letter is the copy sent to the body of the Supreme Islamic Council.
