Achievements of the Patient's Friends Society, Hebron, 1989
Issued by the Patient's Friends Society in Hebron in Arabic and English, this archival item includes the Society’s achievements for the year 1989, as the Society provided its medical and treatment services to 68,900 citizens during 1989, and doubled its exemptions for social and humanitarian cases of the poor, orphans, families of shaheeds, detainees and those affected by the Intifada. Free treatment and infant formula were provided to 20,385 cases, and the association incurred 83,154 JDs for this.
