Land Sale Agreement between the Children of Mohammad Ahmad, Naji al-Issa and Abderrahman Mustafa, 8 May 1939
Handwritten on 8 Jumada I 1358 Hijri, corresponding to 8 May 1939, this archival item shows a land sale agreement between two parties, the first includes Tawfiq, Ahmad and Mahmoud, the sons of Mohammad Saeed Sheikh Ahmad, while the second includes Naji al-Yousef al-Issa and Abderrahman Mustafa, all from Kafr Ra'i, where the second team pledged, in accordance with the agreement, to the second party to sell the land and register it in the Jenin Tapu.
