"The Old World" Book for the Fourth Grade of Primary School, April 1944
The revised ninth edition of the book "The Old World", which the Department of Knowledge in Palestine decided to teach for the fourth grade of primary school. The book was published in April 1944, and was written by Wasfi Anabtawi, the inspector in the Public Education Department in Palestine, Saeed Sabbagh, the author of books "Modern General Geography" and "Detailed General Geography of Syria". The book was printed in the Jaffa Printing Company, and the al-Ariya library, with its two branches in Jaffa and Haifa, was the distributor of the book. The book discusses the geography of the three continents, Asia, Europe and Africa. It also contains several maps and illustrations.
