Geometry Textbook for Elementary Schools, 1925
The Geometry Book for Primary Schools, which was approved by the Egyptian Ministry of Education for teaching in its schools. It was authored by Hassan Fahmy Amin and was printed and published by its owner, Naguib Mitri, the owner of the Maaref Library in Egypt. The book was taught in the schools of Palestine for the fifth grade of primary school, as it was approved by the Department of Education in the Mandate Government of Palestine. Written on the book is the name of Tariq Abdel-Aziz Ali, a relative of the owner of this archive, who was a student in the fifth grade at the Islamic School in Jerusalem. The book included lessons in geometry such as types of angles, the method of drawing angles, perpendicular lines, circles, triangles and parallels, and the areas of geometric shapes for each of the triangle, square, and rectangle, and draw a triangle, square, and rectangle.
