"Baptism Certificates", by the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, Haifa, 1935
Issued by the Ecclesiastical Court of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate in Haifa in 1935, this document shows a record of baptismal certificates documenting the names of the newborns who were baptized in Saint Elias Church in Haifa, the names of their parents, the baptizing priest and witnesses, in addition to the date of baptism. It also contained certificates in Greek.
