Printed in Arabic, this document shows issue no.57 of the al-Sarih weekly political critique Magazine, published by its owner and editor Hashim al-Saba' on 10 June 1950 and sold for 15 mils, the issue features many article critiques dealing with the political events of that period, including: - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) setting up its first project in Jordan, with a sum of $27 million. - The bankruptcy of the Arab Authority and the strikes of employees. - Glubb Pasha, the Arab army, the Palestine cause and the evacuation of Lod and Ramle. - The difficult economic conditions experienced by the people of Nazareth at that time. - Criticizing the Egyptian policy in Gaza.
