Printed in Arabic, this document shows issue no.271 of the al-Sarih weekly political critique Magazine, published by its owner and editor Hashim al-Saba' on 26 March 1955 and sold for 15 mils, the issue features many article critiques dealing with the political events of that period, including: - Salah Salem's statement requesting the annexation of the Naqab to the Kingdom of Jordan and the reaction of the Israeli Occupation at that time. - Abdel-Khaleq Hassouna's statement about the Palestinian Nakba and the Arab League's lack of responsibility for it. - New military settlements in the Naqab and a decision to bring in 30,000 North African immigrants.
