Marriage Contract of Mustafa and Mahboubah Mahmoud, Deir Dibwan, 5 October 1907
Dated 5 October 1907, this archival item shows a marriage contract for Mustafa and Mahboubah Mahmoud from the village of Deir Dibwan in Jerusalem, in which the dowry's down payment amounts to 2000 piastres and its deferred payment amounts to 500 piastres, bearing several Ottoman stamps and seals of the witnesses and the stamps of the Mukhtar of Deir Dibwan. The document also refers to the Imam of the village Hasan Abdel-Qadir Hasan.
