Marriage Contract of Saoud Mahmoud Sa'd ad-Din and Khadra Hasan, Deir Dibwan, 20 March 1909
Dated 20 March 1909, this archival item shows a marriage contract for Saoud Mahmoud Sa'd ad-Din and Khadra Hasan from the village of Deir Dibwan, Jerusalem, in which the dowry's down payment is 2000 piastres and its deferred payment is 500 piastres, bearing multiple Ottoman stamps and seals of the witnesses and a stamp of the Mukhtar of Deir Dibwan. The document also refers to the Imam of the village Hasan Abdel-Qadir bn al-Haj Hasan.
