Land and Property Book for al-Abed Oweis, Deir Dibwan
This archival item shows a 22-page book that consists of sale deeds for land which include the land contract in Deir Dibwan for Mahmoud Mohammad Ayad which was sold in August 1928 to al-Abed Oweis for 11 Palestinian pounds, the witnesses were Mahmoud Rizq A'yad and Eid al-Hadi Eid al-Jabr and others. It also shows the sale deed for land from Nimr Salem Bakr to al-Abed Oweis for 20 Jordanian Dinars (JD), from the witnesses was Saleh Abed Oweis and bears Jordanian stamps. Notably, the book shows a list of the plots of land owned by al-Abed Oweis in the village.
