Interview with Ahmad Okasha, Protecting Cultural Heritage of Palestinians in Masafer Yatta Project, 30 July 2019

This video documents the interview Jaber Dababseh and Fatima Nawajaa conducted with Ahmad Mohammad Ahmad Okasha at the Maghayer al-Rakeez area as part of the Protecting Cultural Heritage of Palestinians in Masafer Yatta Project, where Okasha speaks about living in caves and how many there are at al-Rakeez, then he moves on to talk about the men of al-Rakeez gathering at the Diwan to converse and play the rebab, or to solve some issues related to the area. It is worth mentioning that the Project was executed by the Centre for Trust Peace and Social Relations at Coventry University in Britain in cooperation with the Palestinian Museum and Dar al-Kalima University.
