"Khaqani Deed" by the Property Registration Department, Bal'a, 1881
Issued by the Property Registration Department in Nablus District in 1298 AH, corresponding to 1881 AD, this document shows an Ottoman Khaqani Deed "ownership deed" in the name of Mahmoud Hijji Abed Ismail, which states that Ismail owners a piece of princely land in the village of Bal'a, it also includes the boundaries of the plot of land and its area in dunums.
