A Letter from Abdel-Razzaq al-Yahya to the President and Members of the Palestinian National Council, 1971
Sent on 8 February 1971, this document shows a letter from Abdel-Razzaq al-Yahya, the General Commander of the Palestinian Liberation Army, to the President and members of the Palestinian National Council. The letter included a request from the General Commander to establish a special committee to investigate the political, military, media, financial, organizational, and procedural errors that occurred within the Palestinian Resistance Movement, which were listed on the agenda of the eighth session of the National Council.
