Yahya Hammoudeh's Speech at the 8th Session of PNC, Cairo, 27 February 1971
Issued on 27 February 1971, this document shows a speech that was delivered by Yahya Hammoudeh, chairman of the Palestinian National Council (PNC), at the opening of the Council's eighth ordinary session, held on the same day in Cairo. Hammoudeh commenced his speech by eulogizing the Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser, then thanked the Egyptian President Anwar El-Sadat for attending the opening of the session and announced the date of starting the first session of the Council.
