Sent on 15 December 1969, this document shows a letter from Yahya Hammoudeh, President of the Palestinian National Council, to the President and members of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). In the letter, he highlighted the main topics that would be focused on during the Arab Summit Conference in Rabat. These topics included supporting the Palestinian revolution and its continuation, rallying Arab forces, and addressing the stance of the United States of America towards it.
