An interview regarding "At Taboon", Al Masafer Yatta's Narrative, 2023
This video documents an interview with Jameela Al-Amour from the village of Al-Tuwani, where she speaks of "at-taboon" as a tool for making bread and the rituals associated with it. She explains the process of making it using red clay and hay, as well as the preparation needed before baking bread on it. Moreover, Jameela also highlights its significance and connection to cultural heritage, particularly for women; the act of baking on at-taboon has historically been a social event where women would gather around it, exchange conversations and discuss various topics. The video was produced in 2022- 2023 for Alshmoh Cultural Center in the village of al-Masara as part of the "Al Masafer Yatta's Narrative" project, funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and supervised by Taawon (Welfare Association),
